We know (from experience!) how tricky it can be to make nutritionally balanced, delicious food that your little one will actually eat!
We’ve come up with our Little Ones plan to assist busy parents seeking support in this area.
We offer weekly toddler/child meal and snack plans to help combat fussy eating, introduce new textures and flavours and ultimately contribute to a positive, well rounded and knowledgeable relationship with food.
In our experience and research, we’ve found that variety, repeated exposure, giving options and encouraging autonomy all help in your child’s journey in discovering new foods. We also believe that setting realistic expectations is also key (you are doing a great job already!)
Our meal plans are 100 % organic and natural, focusing on the balanced nutrition your little one needs. We introduce local ingredients whenever possible and believe in the power and importance of great food for our children.
We cater to specific diets/allergy requirements and work one on one with you and your child to figure out a plan that suits you best.

Breakfast:
Carrot cake steel cut oats with coconut, cinnamon, date & hemp hearts
Rhubarb and local strawberry chia pudding with cardamom
Cheddar, spinach & egg frittata
Cinnamon apple pancakes with ricotta & honey
Peanut butter oatmeal with local raspberry puree & toasted coconut
Snacks:
Black bean & raw cacao brownies with almond flour
Cauliflower, spinach & cheddar muffins with flax
Banana bread bites with apple sauce & hemp hearts
Zuchinni and dark chocolate chip muffins
Sweet potato & apple muffins with blackberry chia jam
Oatmeal cookies with buckwheat, dates & banana
